Located in our stunning clubhouse, The Copper Grille, Bamboo Bistro, and Eighteen restaurants serve all of your dining needs.

 If casual dining is your choice, then the Copper Grille will serve your needs well. If you are simply looking for a quick soup or sandwich while playing golf or grabbing a quick lunch, then this is the place for you. The Copper Grille is open from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 7:00 am until dark on Wednesday, from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm on Saturday, and from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm on Sunday.  We also offer TAKE OUT. The Bamboo Bistro is an upscale, casual atmosphere with leather and wicker as the themes. In this setting you can enjoy a wonderful meal featuring items from our Copper Grille menu or experience one of our fun and exciting theme nights.  

Eighteen is reserved for that special night of fine dining overlooking the eighteenth green and beautiful lake and fountain. Eighteen can be reserved for any private dinner function by calling 601.271.2010.  Eighteen is also the setting for our Members Only Champagne Brunch, served Sunday from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm.

On alternating Tuesday nights, have some fun with Flying Pasta and pizzas, and enjoy mouth watering Homestyle Bar-B-Que.  On our fantastic night of Flying Pasta, enjoy watching a personal chef who will prepare your custom pasta meal right before your eyes at a live action station!  Hundreds of tantalizing combinations!  Fun and exciting for kids young and old!!  Flying Pasta Night is held every other Tuesday night in the Copper Grille and Bamboo Bistro starting at 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm.  Our Homestyle Bar-B-Que Night features great comfort food and succulent Bar-B-Que.  Enjoy Southern Favorites such as Ribs, Brisket, Collard Greens, Macaroni and Cheese, and many more! Homestyle Bar-B-Que Night is held every other Tuesday night in the Copper Grille and Bamboo Bristro starting at 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm. 

Featured every Thursday night in the Bamboo Bistro and Copper Grille is Butcher Block Night beginning at 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm.  Choose your favorite steak and have it prepared to your liking.  Watch our friendly staff carve your steak and sear it to the temperature of your choice.  Enjoy delicious cuts as well as a premium salad and potato bar with dozens of toppings that are sure to please.  Our regular kids menu will also be available.

Featured every Friday night in the Bistro is an upscale, casual menu with creative dishes ranging from fresh salads and assortment of entrees with a few surprises. Coinciding with our Bistro menu, we host HAPPY HOUR in the Copper Grille. Over the top drink specials will be offered, in addition to an assortment of enjoyable bar style appetizers to satisfy your appetite.  The Friday Night at the Club Bistro and Copper Grille menu is available from 6:00pm until 10:00pm.
